Beal might have a good night as well, if the refs weren't letting Hood bear hug him on the baseline off the ball.

Didn't say Hood wasn't getting away with murder. But you act like Hayward is just some bum. He's averaging close to 25ppg.He's a slightly better player right now.

Being a good player != deserving phantom calls. Bird/Jordan didn't deserve those calls, either.

Morris fouling out might actually help us.

Why did Brooks put Keef back in? He's getting destroyed at either end.

Brooks finally plays Satoransky, and now he benched Oubre, he's just never going to figure it out. I give up

The good news is that most teams don't have the 4/5 combo to punish our undersized 4/5 the way the Jazz have done tonight.

The bad news is that the Wizards have not looked sharp coming back from the AS break -- on either side of the ball. I can't decide if it's simply a case of too much Cabo, too much reading their own press, or if the team's core is disappointed with the FO's decision not to go all-in at the deadline. But if this keeps up, this version of the Wizards will likely start the playoffs on the road.

I've just accepted it. Stars got calls before I was born. Wilt never fouled out. Not saying Hayward is in that caliber. Look at Hill lowering his shoulder against Sato. Twice. Sato should have flopped but Hill would have gotten the call.

Hero shot from Wall. I don't blame him, though.

Ugh, right. He's about 210 pounds. He would have gotten destroyed by Favors in the 2nd unit.

Notice that Burke isn't the only one to sit this half. Oubre hasn't played due to Beal playing the entire half. We are just getting owned on the boards by 24.

Damn, Hayward has become such a good all-around player but JW has to box him out there. He totally fell asleep.
