Literally no effort from John when we need a big stop. Falls asleep boxing out, lazily switches off of Hayward.

Now that's a max player GH. Sh-t. Too little, too late. As I said before, if Beal doesn't pick up those early fouls, this is a different game. I think.

I don't like the fact that Jason Smith, our most consistent and reliable bench player, has fallen out of the rotation. That's terrible.

These Refs had to arrive on same bus as the Jazz with Blue Faces hanging out the pocket

Man, they're calling that? The amount of grabbing that's happened all game long. SMH

The team play has fallen off considerably since Scott has tried to integrate Ian and now BB.

Positives from this game: Brooks has to be a different type of stupid to play Burke over Satoransky going forward. Also Bojan played well, hit big shots, Mahinmi is finding his rhythm. Beal won't let the team quit, always plays hard, same with Otto.

Need better effort from certain starters going forward.

Yeah, Brooks said he would play him more but went with Bojan at the 4 tonight. I think you have to stay with Mahinmi at the backup 5. You paid him way too much money not to play him. Problem is, Smith is a defensive liability at the 4.

You are probably right. The trio of Morris, Porter, and Gortat need to stop sucking. At least the bench was a little better today than normal, and I hope Brooks doesn't play Burke anymore.

Wall needs to stop sucking. He was terrible again today. Wall Morris Gortat Porter all need to play better.

The bench looked legit with Satoransky running it. We'll be fine.

OMG, I forget how bad Ochefu was at finishing. Why is he on this roster again? For another big body for practice?

Burke is an abomination. Someone lock him a cage and send him to Russia as a DC peace offering to Putin. Better hope the Warriors rest some guys, otherwise it is going to get UGLY.

Dude had 3 fouls in 6 mins. You can't play him more if he plays himself off the court. That is not brooks fault.

No wonder I said it earlier he is non factor especially on D which it was his strenght.

3 game losing streak here we come :)

EG did impossible - each player he signed this offseason is overpayed and doesn't bring anything.

Nickolson and Mahnini what an awsome addictions.

Burke was a gamble. Another bad move.

But watching those 2 games it is clear that our guys except Beal can't hit 3. Porter comes down to earth and Keith too. Wall is tournover machine and if you watch him closely all game you will see how his D is overated. He gambles for steal, lazy to cover 3 point shot and allow his opponent to drive. Gortat - no words. He can only score easy layup if there is not close enough cause it is huge probability he will be blocked. No rebounds too.

I would rather see some Smith than watch Morris in form like previous 2 games.

I will skip GSW game to avoid shameless lose

I love Porter, but 2nd game in a row where he played like quasi trash. His man defense is infuriating at times. Any similar sized SF who is good lights him up. Albeit, Hayward absolutely is the better player between the two but he got OWNED today. Gordon ran him around silly.

 at least I leave this game with a good laugh.

I trust Wall to get his mojo back. If Wall is 100% then it lift shooters like Otto and Bogie to their full potential as well.

I'm not quite as optimistic for Gortat/Morris/Mahinmi, we'll see, I wouldn't mind seeing CMC on an nba court to see what it looks like.

Not worried about John though nine turnovers is inexcusable and remember, Beal was in the entire second half to help the bench. I have no problem with Sato over Burke but I don't think that means the bench is of a sudden great. Not when Oubre is sucking right now and we don't know if Smith is in or out of the rotation. Mahinmi is paid to defend and rebound. He had two rebounds in 16 minute. His offense is gravy. Morris going 3 for 11 and a -23 and Gortat predictably bad against Gobert, though he played soft all night.

We played like a finesse team tonight. Frankly, we play like a finesse team most nights, but in today's NBA, it hasn't hurt us. But finesse teams rarely get calls against physical teams. And Utah is *extremely* physical. Punishing screens. Grabby defenders. Brutish bigs. Multiple players who can initiate contact on offense and draw fouls. Multiple players who can punish mismatches in the post.

Elite teams will simply outrun/outscore them. But no one's sweeping these guys in the playoffs. I pity any contender in the west that has to play, say, NOP in the first round and UTA in the second. If they survive, they'll be limping into the conference finals.

I like Otto but if they give him a max we are screwed
