Gotta give it to Russ. As bad as he started off, he really made up for it. Dude is just on another level. I wouldn't trade him for AD and Boogie.

Yea. both ways. But they've hurt us more because Cousins is missing next game now.

Cousins deserves the blame for that. Even if this one was soft he earned the rep and the million others

Self fulfilling prophecy. What's the difference between Cousins and Draymond Green. Green is even more demontstrative

Green doesn't lose much, guys get more frustrated when they're losing obviously. Plus draymond doesn't direct all his ire towards the refs, he spends half his time yelling at anyone I the vicinity.

Also, green has a reputation as a headcase as well... It isn't like people ignore it.

It was time before they hired gentry, the guy is terrible.

Oh he definitely does, and if he'd been the kings then I think he'd be viewed exactly like cuz only less talented. But he's got 9 technicals on the year and gs only has 9 losses.

We were lucky to win this. We should be one of the few teams that matches up better with New Orleans but they absolutely destroyed us.

Have to give it up to Abrines, dude has really done a solid job at replacing Oladipo. Spaces floor well and makes plays.

It just shows me that unless he takes his game to another's level soon, Oladipo is a guy we need to move this offseason.

It all goes back to fit being more important than talent at a certain point. Dipo is a really nice player, but he's not going to give you as much of an advantage as a well spaced floor will. If we had a 3 and d SF and a stretch 4 then vic is perfect for that lineup, but without those you have to have SOMEONE that can give Russ an outlet.

This trade maximizes Oladipo's talents if we are planning to use him as the backup 1 and I believe we are.
He is more of a ball-in-his-hands player than an off the ball type like Abrines. Allowing Abrines to play more at the 2 and Dipo to play more minutes at the 1.

Lakers fan here, I come in peace.

I have to say, since Kobe has left the league (or tbh, several seasons even before he left), there has been no one as intense or fierce as Russ. Tonight's game was a thriller, and Russ does things to grown men and professional NBA players that shouldn't be possible. (Also, I worry that he is hurting his hand) I think it's hilarious but also perfectly understandable that opponents are afraid of Russ. When you see those flared nostrils coming at you full speed....

Anyway, he's my vote for MVP, by a long mile over Harden or anyone else.

also, Abrines, Gibson and McBuckets are looking solid for you guys. Exciting and fun team to watch, to be sure.
