If a GM has a worse team after 5 years than he took over, does that make a bad GM?
Worse?? 20 wins first season after Dwight. Currently at 22 wins. We have more assets, picks and $$$ they we did then. Exactly how are we worse?

Yes worse. He took a team with Meer, Reddick and crew which was already almost playoff caliber even without Dwight and this current team is still worse!

Yeah ok, that is hilarious!

So it's Rob's fault that you and half of this board don't understand what a rebuild is? You all should have known once Dwight was traded, that the first 3 seasons were going to be really bad. 15-25 wins bad. Years 4 and 5 is where you should see growth and development. Anyone who thought we could compete, be in playoff contention any sooner is just crazy.
I personally give Rob a pass for last season. We all know, and I'm not to blind to see it, that DeVos/Martins forced the Skiles hire and Tobias trade on Rob. That's just not a wild theory.
As for this season, Rob has his hand picked coach in place now.He took a chance on trading for Ibaka, and signing some vets. Unfortunately things didn't work out as they were envisioned. Rob gets some blame for this season, but so too do Vogel and the players.
Now after the draft and some offseason moves, if we don't see improvement and are still a team competing for a top 5 pick in 2018, then yes Rob should be fired next summer.
