For the tankers, a loss by Orlando to NYKs basically puts the Knicks out of reach of catching the Magic in this race to the bottom.

It's our duty to punch out the guys who want to win meaningless games.

1) 14k+ paying fans might not agree with you.
2) I see wins as meaningful, not meaningless. It is my opinion that Orlando needs to see what it has with its current roster much, much more than to gamble on a 18 year old that might be the NBA's next big bust.

..

The 50+ games before the all-star break hasn't clued you in on the lack of talent on this team? We know what we have and it isn't good.

But but but... it makes them feel good.

At the expense of possibly landing real talent on a rookie contract.

Why is the final W/L result the only way for you to evaluate talent?

If that were the case, Anthony Davis would have been shipped to the D-league or Europe by now.

I definitely understand your mistrust in our GM to make correct picks with draft picks. That's why we need to lose in order to lessen the criticality of his decision making.

14K+ fans... if they were smart and were looking for something positive to cheer for would be cheering for successful player development. That's why I'd go to the games. To see if our young guys are improving. I wouldn't be going with expectations for wanting the team to win. The bigger picture is more important.

We need to root for Phoenix to lose more than LA from here on out.

After Ross' current comments about this team, I'm jumping off the tank wagon and hoping we win as much as we can. I'm buying what he's selling.

6ers gonna pass us now.

We were too optimistic on the tanking. Henny trying to save his job. He wasn't about that tanking life. :banghead:

Best case is that the Sixers push Lakers further down.

But Sixers have still looked more competitive without Embiid.

This is a important game tonight. If we win I think we are in big trouble. It just feels like this team may hit its stride which is the worst thing that could happen right now.

Its the hardest feeling for a die hard Magic fan wanting your team to win badly and at the same time wanting your team to secure a top 5 draft pick. The Struggle.

Don't generalize "magic fans" based on the sour crap you read here. :noway:

It's definitely not easy but it's nessacary. Wins at this point do us no good. I want no parts of winning anymore games

Philly going to be hard to out-tank down the stretch... We play them once and they play NY twice and Brooklyn and LAL once each.

But who do they even have playing at this point?

Minnesota is up big, so another good night.

Sixers will be trouble now that Embiid is out.

Toronto also lost, and Houston is playing Clippers so if both of those teams lose that's better for our late first.

Sacramento lost to Brooklyn at home. I think we're going to end up with the 6th pick.

We still play Brooklyn twice, philly and Phoenix.
