To me he seems kind of slow for a 3 and more suited to be a future 4 in the NBA. Just not a good fit after drafting 2 PFs.

I disagree. People were talking about Booker being slow before he tested at the combine. I think Tatum is more than athletic enough to play and defend the 3, he just looks slow because he's composed and deliberate. In other words, he's a basketball player, not an athlete playing basketball.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Eddie Johnson was calling Chris's the hero for his d in Thomas on the inbound. IT was going to let the ball bounce a few time to save a second or so on th clock, but Chriss stepped into his way.

But if you look closely at the replay, you will see it's Ulis in the inbounds that directs Chriss to body up IT. That kid is a heady basketball player.

Yup, I noticed the same thing. I think Chriss would benefit a lot playing with Ulis off the bench next year with Bender starting. Not just for the unlimited lobs, but he'd benefit from a floor general directing him all the time. Bledsoe's not really that type.

Hey guys, so I wasn't able to watch the game live unfortunately. I wasn't trying to do an in-depth analysis or anything but this is what I gathered from watching the replay.
The offense is butter when Ulis is our general. In the 2nd quarter when we had Ulis/Bledsoe I feel like it's basically 4 on 5 because Bledsoe just stands around the perimeter but we were actually playing really well with that lineup.

Chriss is transforming his game. His defense has improved tremendously since the beginning of the season. There was a sequence in the 2nd quarter where he stood pat in the paint with his hands straight up and did not pick up the foul. The result was I believe Amir Johnson missing a 3 footer, but something seemingly so small shows his development on that side of the court. The 5 blocks were great too. A veteran move in the 3rd quarter when he did that finger role layup. He's more vocal out there with the other young guys and that builds their chemistry. I love it.

Booker hits a three in the face of Jaylen Brown within the closing minute of the 1st half. He talks trash to him going back on defense. I know it's a small sample size, but the last three games he's gotten 5, 7, and 6 boards. If he can continue this the rest of the season I'll be extremely impressed. We already know he can score, he needs to improve the other areas of his game.

This isn't much but either Ulis or Bledsoe gave a perfect pocket pass to Len in the 3rd quarter and he made the hookshot/layup thing! Like wow! Len didn't completely just botch the shot.

We held the Celtics to under 30 FG% in the 1st half. This is the No 2 seed in the East. Noticed in the 3rd quarter we were making a run but the refs kept giving the Celtics FT's. Seemed like they were trying to ice our players. Oh and lastly, I love seeing our veterans Chandler and Price cheering on the guys. Where is Knight at?
