can we not just enjoy the win?
It's ridiculous. Mods need to do something about this garbage. We finally win a game and the thread gets hijacked with lin worship nonsense.

He's much better when the defense is just slightly off-balance because Lin or Dinwiddie got into the paint off a drive. His 3s look much better in form and his attacking angles open up much more for foul calls. Lin also has a tendency to throw long up-court passes off rebounds which guys like Kilpatrick / LeVert can benefit from.

with no bogs and levert starting he can slide back into that bench microwave role. it suits him better
Yeah the Kilpatrick hate is misplaced. I never expected Kilpatrick to be successful as a PG. He is a pure SG. I give him credit for sacrificing for the team and playing out of position when he knew he would look bad.
The Kilpatrick hate was justified. He was a turnover machine for weeks. One great game doesn't erase all of that.

Of course he's going to turn the ball over as a PG, he's not a playmaker. We had him trying to do too much. He's much better receiving the ball in a set play instead of bringing it up. He's played well in the games he was off the ball.
I was one of the ones who attacked him the least during his PG phase. I wasn't down on him that much because I was saying that he's playing out of position and that he needs to be able to play his position. I even said that we should give him time to adjust back to being an SG after he was no longer given PG minutes.
But he struggled for several weeks after going back to SG. Kilpatrick was turning the ballover just dribbling the ball and attacking the basket. These weren't plays that are only customary for a PG. He was playing off the ball the last few weeks and he was still screwing up.

The dude is a hustle/defender who can occasionally drive in and get a foul call, but he cannot finish around the rim even if his life depended on him. Add that to the fact that he can't shoot either and we have an erectile dysfunction offense dude.
Give his minutes to Quincy Acy. Acy is a stud. Not only does he have great defense and rebounding, but the dude has a 3 point shot and it also seems like he doesn't get mentally shaken.
Acy should receive the bulk of minutes from RHJ and Booker. Booker should still receive some minutes but RHJ should not receive any. He got lucky with the foul calls but if he doesn't get those, he can't finish when he drives in.
