Hand is messed up. It was messed up going into the game and he made it worse on a monster block that made it start bleeding. He closed the game out strong though. Dude has some willpower.

A crime that Jason Smith got dnp the last two games.

Jason Smith's contribution to our winning streak has been criminally underrated, if it was up to me he'd log way more minutes than Morris out there.

Morris play since the All-Star break has been a big problem.

Gortat is another guy that's been struggling. His finishing touch appears to have vanished and on defense he's so out of sorts at times it's a blessing that Mahinmi is coming into his own and giving us great minutes as a hustling big.

Without the Bogdanovic pick up and Ian showing how he's earned that contract things would be looking pretty bleak right now.

Agree up to the last half of the last sentence. Things IMO would be fine without the moves. THEY ARE EXCELLENT with the moves IMO.

I said it after last game, move Gortat in the offseason for the cap space. Take anything you can get in return. A second or two, a smaller contract. WHatever. Either he is playing injured or he is declining fast, and its come at the worst time. Use the money saved to sign Otto. Do whatever possible to sign Bogs long term. Keep as much of this core together as possible minus Gortat.

Start Mahinmi next game.

Otto needs to pick it up as well, but im not as worried with him as with Gortat.

BOG = GOD. What a trade. Without Bog we lose every game since the all star break, no question. Wall dominated the 4th too, was good to see him turn around a stinker when he wasnt hitting shots, not even FTAs.

Gortat needs to remain a Wizard. Period.

Loyalty matters. That man has broken his back practically making this team better. Unlike Nene, he's healthy and serviceable night in and night out. Marcin is also the heart of this team. Trading him seems mercenary, heartless. and unnecessary to me.

Jennings actually seemed really conscientious and humble in his entrance interview with the Washington Press. Maybe certain aspects about his on-court demeanor give him a certain rep, but everything I've heard from him and seen from him with his pass-first approach makes me think he's a good guy who'll easily fit in.

The feistiness shouldn't be a problem.

Being a G has little to NOTHING to do with on the court behavior.

Stephen Jackson was a great teammate. On the court he made the right plays.

Off the court, he didn't suffer fools. That's all I will say. Jennings strikes me as that way, too. That's all.

I'm not so sure: check out his CSN interview; he sounds like we just dialed up the accounting department to discuss 401Ks.
