With the 50th pick in the Modern NBA Fantasy Draft, ChicagoSportsFan21 selects...

Spoiler:
STEVEN ADAMS-C-OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER

Image

Needed a defensive big to pair alongside Griffin, and Adam fits that bill. He does all the scrappy/dirty work that you need him to do. He's an excellent rebounder, great at setting picks/screens. He will provide some toughness to the team and bring some defensive tenacity in the front-court that is desperately needed.

Since the talent level for defensive wings is so much lower than BPA, let me go with a guy averaging 23.3 ppg this season, who also happens to be a real life teammate of KAT. I'll take Andrew Wiggins. Can someone quote next please?

I'm surprised to see this guy drop as an elite 3 and D option at this point in his career and I would argue a better 2 guard than some guys selected already. Need a defensive presence next to IT. Give me KCP.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope

Brook Lopez

He doesn't get a lot of love but can't pass on Lopez here. He's extended his range out to the 3 point line and is one of the best offensive centers in the game. His weaknesses can be disguised a bit paired with AD and I think they fit together well here.

Eric Bledsoe. Dynamic guard who can take advantage of all the spacing from my two stretch bigs and can be a force on defense as well.
