Guys, we're winning with young players. It's not like we're winning because of our vets. You're going to have to accept wins (losses) like that.

Kind of tough because we want to lose, but we also want the young guns to play well. In this case with Zu, Ingram, Nance, Clarkson, and D'Lo all playing well you just have to take it. Sucks it came against the Suns, but how many teams are we actually capable of beating?... Brooklyn... Maybe Philly... And maybe the Suns.
Not good for the tank, but it's hard not to be happy for the young guys. We just got to hope for a lot more close loses from here on out.

I'm just glad our young guys played well on a nationally televised game.

Thumping the Suns is always a joy...I know guys are twisted about protecting the pick, but we got that W with all the young'ins being responsible. And I hate all these damn long losing streaks we got against these teams. We had dropped 11 straight in Phoenix, hell we've dropped 13 straight to the Mavs already. These teams never got off these types of streaks on us, the only reason they're getting them off now is because how low we've sunk.
Bottom line is don't worry about this pick being lost, we ain't winning 17 straight....and we still have to win the damn lotto first I don't care where we finish. We can finish 2 and drop to 7 on lottery night....then what ?

The worse you can drop is pick #5 as a bottom two team. But, yeah, luck of the balls. Look at NY who had a bottom 2 record but got pick #4. Out of the 8 last drafts, the team that finished second last missed out on a top 3 pick on 5 occasions. It is best to be prepared for disappointment like that, although the odds are in your favor.
