If not no 1 then no 2 - for sure.
Nba always had a smell of $ over sport, had smell about fixed drafts, if refs time per time gamble $). And if this draft could bring back old good competetive Lakers it will be done at any cause.

So where were all the conspiracy theorists the last couple years when neither the Lakers nor the Knicks won the lotto?

And second reason- nba wont allow to lakers get back to medioricity for next 5 years. It is their biggest name and when lakers sucks is bad for bussiness.
As i suspect that we got a deal hinkie out we get Ben.
Still lakers having all the fuzz over ownership fights, even possible a good gm in magic, they have to dump 2 huge contracts and rookies not developed yet, so im fine with top 6 pick next year from la, since we are targeting PO- our pick will be 11+

I'm tired of this baseless stuff. There is no conspiracy. If it's a conspiracy why didn't the Lakers get the top pick thenlast 4 years? Why let Minnesota get Towns. Why did they push the Knicks back from 2 To 4 in 2015? Why did the Lakers only pick 7th in 2014? Why haven't the Celtics ever won the lottery? Just stop.

Here's Ernst and Young putting their reputation on the line to rig the draft for the Sixers for no apparent reason.

You can always rigit balls, lol, magicians make ship dissapear. There are numbers Who got more than once like number 10 or number 7. A little trick with probablities.
We got more possibilities to get ben or ingram like philly got picked no 1 twice
In this video.
Im not saying it is true, but way too often draft balls favors teams what benefits nba itself.

Yep. I hate the Knicks and Lakers but these theories are just dumb.

Unfortunately for the league office, many of the lotteries the last decade haven't worked in favor of their beloved big market teams. Nevertheless, people find theories to convince themselves otherwise. Lol

Since 05, we have Minnesota, New Orleans, Toronto, thrice the Cavs, Portland, Milwaukee, Philly, Washington. Not really a who's who of league darlings.

So the teams already know the results before the envelopes are revealed?

Lakers losing their pick pretty much kills their chances of further rebuilding via the draft. Remember they also lose their 2019 pick in that case.

Which means they need to use trades and free agency to build their team. Deng and Mozgov made that path pretty narrow. Plus they traded for Brewer who has an extra year. They figure to have 20 million next year which isn't near enough. Randle needs an extension in 2018 with Mozgov and Deng still on the books.

Only the team representatives and the media present. They cannot have any outside communication until the winning envelopes are opened.

Hou have yet to explain why the Knicks got pushed down form 2 to 4 in 2015 and the Celtics never got the number one pick in the lottery and the Lakers haven't gotten the number one pick in the last 4 years and why the Lakers only got pick 7 in 2014 and Minnesota got the number one pick in 2015 ove the Lakers. Explain why all those things happened then.

In short, he can't. Instead, he thinks the NBA rigs results by hiring magicians who can make ships disappear. lol

Funny how our names are almost identical. I tried to change mine, but I need to wait 12 months. :-?

The Pelicans finally win. Boogie only played like 25 minutes and didn't play most of the 4th and none in OT.

This has been a great day for the tank. All we need now is for the Kings to lose too.

That Lakers game tomorrow is a must lose. I think we probably win it, because we've been playing teams tough and the Lakers are horrendous, but I hope we lose.

Can Saric come down with a head cold tonight or something?
