Towns with a 30 20 game. 37 points 22 rebounds.

Apparently he and Shaq are the only guys 21 or younger to average 24 points and 12 rebounds in a season (if he continues at this pace).

Iverson was 6-0 165 lb, Towns 7-0 245lb... Big differences

Hakeem olajuwan Averaged about 37mpg for about 15 years and he was 7-0 255lb

Olajuwan at 21 years and 3 months (age of Towns) not yet starting play... Towns ha more of 4,700 minutes played on his knees

Towns didn't start great this season, but he's back to showing he's the future of this league.

Towns is great, but until he gets his defense in order, i don't think he will be all time. He already absurdly good offensively. If he even becomes a decemt defender look out, but right now too much mental mistakes

Call me crazy but KAT is the best PF or C in NBA today. This dude is unbelievable. Can't image how dominant he is going to be during his peak.

Since new year: 26.7 ppg, 13.0 rpg, 3.7 orpg, 3.1 apg, 0.8 spg, 1.4 bpg, 2.8 tpg on 64% TS, 59.2 eFG, 122 ORTG

D'Angelo Russell is probably the most underrated young player in NBA. He looks like floor general, and since Lou was traded and his minutes grow up to 30+ he is shine. But except his INJ problems he has impressive sophomore season (just look at per36 numbers) on most difficult for youngs NBA position, also in box score you cant see how good decisions he almost always made. Incredible high BBIQ and maturity game in his age.

norm powell disappointing a bit in his last three/four games post ross trade. making mental errors and trying to force his game mostly. at least his mistakes are exciting mistakes

Other than the free throw rate, everything we saw in college is gradually coming to fruition. In fact he's shown ability to play PG at a very good level which is quite surprising as most saw him as a SG with great vision than a full time pg.

D'Angelo remains the best guard of this sophomore class. There always has been a far more sexier pick by casual fans you know, the mudiays, Devin Booker (who is a stud offensively) and your Dante Exums but D'Angelo has just been on a high level overall than those guys

The league was slower and defense didn't involve as much switching.
