Nuggets Defense

Spurs overplay, way overplay to prevent players from driving in their favorite direction, especially if they are basically a one-handed dribbler.

Warriors change on every pick and then they swap with each other to get better matchups.
OKC is great at first man back on a fast-break covers the first attacker, regardless of size/position.

OKC (and several others) are great at switching when there is a mis-match. If they've got a big-little or little-big matchup on defense, the nearest man will switch and maybe another one will then switch, until they are back to matchups they like.

What is Denver's approach to defense?
