Probably going to be another difficult game. They've been playing much better recently and they're right up there for the race to 8th.

In the 18 games prior to playing us, Portland scored an average of 112 points per game with an ORtg of 113.5. That's 56 points per half. After giving up 70 in the first half, we held them to 41 points in the 2nd half (in regulation). Hopefully, it's a sign that our defense is getting its act together.

Minnesota is 8-5 over it's last 13 games. Defensively they've been terrific recently. Ignoring a blowout loss to Houston (in which they gave up 142 points), they've allowed an average of just 94.8 points per game over the last 10 games.

Our defense better get better because I don't think we can expect to score 120+ on them like we have in every other game this road trip.

I expect us to score 120+ on them. :)

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Like the love but Stephen A Smith has been the classic bandwagon supporter since the Wiz caught on fire. I've heard a couple clips of him talking about the Wiz, he always says the same thing, "Wall brings it every night for 48 minutes on both ends of the court blah blah blah"

Agreed.. "Wall, Beal, Markieff Morris and doz boyz look foreal"... Yeah, got it Stephen A.

And how much more of a NYK D-Rider does he have to be... "The 2nd coming of Allan Houston.." Ummmm, no. Not really a compliment.
Allan Houston never averaged as many points, rebounds, or assist per minute/possession as Beal has this year. Beal has a higher TS, WS/48, AST%, STL%, BPM, PER, USG%, and lower TOV% than Houston every did at any point in his entire 12 year career
