Look at Greg Monroe face as he gets past SVG in the playoff standings... He knows exactly what is motivation is.

You need 2-way wings, 2-way shooting bigs, and you can't allow low iq players on the court. Assist/turnover ratio is crucial. Shooting point guards are icing on the cake IF they are plus defenders.

Monroe has never suffered from a lack of heart, sadly same cant be said about some of the current members of this team

He is an average post defender, but his feet are two slow.

In hindsight, I'd rather kept Monroe instead of Drummond.
