If we get the 1st seed...(Cleveland has a pretty tough schedule rockets jazz clippers)

Wall and Beal should get Co mvp...

It's definitely a good story line especially considering the start of the season...
Pay your beals....or its lights out!!!
Bron, Bosh, Wade is like Mike, Hakeem, barkley...3 top 5 picks from same draft
mike, hakeem and Barkley on the same team!!!!

GSW pull a Pop against the Spurs...now they are a .5 game ahead of the spurs after getting smoked. Exactly what is Kerr thinking. You do not want to go through the spurs at home in the conf finals...with a gimpy Durant. Wow what is masta doing to them

Cavs about to lose.

I don't know if I should root for Cavaliers wins or losses.

In conjunction with lots of Wizards wins and some Celtics losses = great.

In other scenarios, a shaky Cavalier finish looks like a good way to be matched against them in the second round given the ease the Celtic's remaining schedule. Failing to overtake the Celtics and being the third seed isn't particularly concerning, but even getting the 2-seed and then having the Cavs third is....suboptimal unless you're feeling particularly plucky.

I'm kinda 60-40 hoping for the Cavs to win based on that Celtics schedule - it's close, though.

Lakers played the Sixers tonight. Nick Young got a DNP CD. Seems like a million years ago.

Looking at the standings, it might be best if we allow Toronto to pass us and slip into 4th place. The Cavs are a bit of a mess right now, and with Love out and a difficult schedule yet to go, I think Boston is going to catch them. If we finish 4th, we'll play Atlanta with home court advantage, and I like that matchup. Then we play Boston, the team we match up best with among the top 3 East teams.

Warriors are losing purposely...let the super team hype die down...make it seem like they need Durant

It's weird he went down vs us...the 1 team and city he honestly should feel remorse about...

The warriors look vulnerable right now which is good for Durant as well as the team as a whole...

I really found this amusing. Why Pop is one of the greatest coaches of all-time:

He's a really weird player. He's clearly skilled, but he's not quite good enough at any one thing to really help a team win. He can help if your team sucks and you need a guy to take on heavy usage without a disastrously negative efficiency, but he can't seem to blend into an already good team and make them better.

Pistons have now lost three in a row and are on the outside, looking in on the playoffs. Both Milwaukee and the HEAT continue their unyielding ascension. Both teams would very much be in range of top seeds if they were playing like they are now over the course of the season and they've got some guys who look much better built for playoff basketball than Isaiah Thomas.

I for one am really hoping the Pacers can hold onto the 6th seed or the Hawks slip, but it looks more and more like we have a date with destiny against one of the ascenders.

Actually, if the Wizards get through one of them, they might end up playing both because the Celtics would be absolutely ripe for an upset against either.

Blazers are leading 32-12 with Hawks on the road and 1st quarter not finish yet. If they somehow end up as 6 seed....

Waiters out for Miami (who ever thought that would be considered a loss), but the Raptors are missing Ibaka tonight, let's hope the Heat can do us a favor.

Watching this game, Miami off to a hot start. Dragic/Whiteside pick and roll shreds.

Guess it could happen that we get the 4th seed but still avoid the Crab Dribblers in round two. Boston's closing on them.

Hawks, C's, Crabs would be a pretty good scenario.

Lots of jockeying to do yet.

Could be Heat, Crabs, Cs.

Watching PHX @ BOS (Booker 70 points)

2 things:

If Wall got the ticky tack calls that Booker does he'd average 30.

I wish we had Amir instead of Kief (sometimes). So much more active on defense.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

Pop is a great coach but Wow Leonard needs to be commended for being humble enough to be coached like that. So right or wrong, can you imagine if you were the best employee at your company and the president of the company yelled at you in front of your co-workers. I know they are athletes so they are supposed to be used to that, but us ex-atheletes and even ex-military people dont take that type of coaching well. It takes a ton of pride and determination to get to the top of your field and then humility to be coached so that you can be even better.

I watched that game live and thought Leonard followed Pop's instructions but Ginobili and Aldridge messed up the play. Kawhi still got yelled at.
