LOL, Serious Sluthing?

No, Serious Sluthing is what we had to do to confirm that the Emma Watson video leak was real. This "Ball's Ball" thing is just a very interesting fact finding mission with rather curious results.

Yeah, obviously it depends on who is available. Especially since many don't like Ball. I guess the nature of the question is, if BPA is a toss up between a PG and a SF, what do people prefer?

Don't forget airplane mode on our sf depth chart! If does what Archie griffin couldn't do, Jones could be a good piece for us.
Ive been pushing for Ball since last summer, my enthusiasm has waned slightly but I'd still draft him if we pick 2nd.

Kansas playing right now, Jackson's defense would be pretty nice to have.

It's PG #1 for me. After that, I want the brain trust to draft a big (6'5"+) shooting guard. One that loves to play D.

The Suns need guards. Might only have 2 in place right now for the build.

Guards...yeah guards!

Statlines from Tournament 1st games:

Markkanen 20 points, 6 rebounds, 66 FG%
Tatum 18 points, 12 rebounds, 4 blocks, 4 steals, 38 FG%
Isaac 17 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 blocks, 2 steals, 62 FG%
Jackson 17 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 66 FG%

Fox, Monk, Ball to play next hour.

I think if Fultz is there you have to take him, then Josh Jackson. The real PG vs SF issue is when both of those guys are gone, do you go with Ball or Tatum? I'm torn between those two guys right now and could go either way. Recently I've been leaning more towards Tatum, but I think Ball would have a great future running this team. A lot to consider between these two during the tournament. I think if Lonzo measures really well athletically at the combine I'd go with him over Tatum.

I'm still weirdly not high on Fultz. I don't know that I can give a good reason. I mean, he's stuffed the stat sheet, but there was just something that didn't translate while watching him. Maybe it doesn't need to and I'm just over thinking it.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

I know what you mean, when I watched games I didn't come away thinking he was the clear best player. I'll try to rewatch his games that are online to see if I feel different.

I'm not against drafting him, and I think that he's definitely a top 5 player because of the numbers he put up this year, but I think I have him 5th behind Ball, Jackson, Tatum and Markkanen. I'll fully admit I have a huge bias toward Markkanen for being a Wildcat, but there's still 3 other guys I like more than him.

If we do land there top pick we need to be really coy about who we are picking. We might be able to pick up an asset by dropping a spot or too and still get the player we want.

With the second pick in the 2017 NBA draft, the phoenix suns select

From the university of kansas.

Honestly, I'm not sure if Wiggins was a better prospect coming out. Wiggins had a better jumper and was slightly more athletic. Jackson is still one of the best athletes in the league day one. Jackson is a better defender, passer, rebounder, and creator.

Is that just a ranking of talent for you? Or is that how you would set a Suns draft board at this time?..that you'd be more likely to choose Markkanen over Fultz given the Suns current make up/talent situation.
