Too early to tell, but I definitely think he has done well.

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Philly looking good too:

Simmons, TLC, Korkmaz, Jahlil, Holmes. Plenty of talent there.

vs

Bender, Quese, Ulis, Booker.

I reckon Philly edge us at this stage.

Do Alan Williams and Jones count as part of the draft since they were rookies when we picked them up?

IMO I dont really think you can compare Philly and our drafts being that they got the 1/3 overall along with the 24/26/37 where as we had the 4/8/13/34/JJr. I actually think we did far and away better than they did all things considered. Yes, you can blow a draft pick that high but its not easy. Also their lower tier picks havent done much either.

1st and 3rd pick vs 4th pick. I would take Bender over Jah anyway.

Too early to tell.

Towns, Dunn, Tyus Jones

Denver was solid this past year with Murray, Hernangomez, and Cornelie....Mudiay was likely a miss the prior year, but if you went back to 2014 they'd probably win hands down..they traded Doug McDermott for two picks that became Gary Harris and Nurkic and also took Jokic.

This past year the Bucks did well with Brogdon and possibly Maker...he could turn into something special.

And surprisingly, the Kings, depending on what you think of WCS, but they got Skal and Malachi Richardson who have both looked good at times, and Papa could turn into something.

I think as far as where teams picked, Brooklyn did very well getting RHJ at 23 and Caris LeVert at 20

I dont even know why I put the too early to tell option up. IMO right now we have the best draft class when you combine the two. The fact that we are even in the conversation for best draft at the positions we had is saying something.

How Denver ended up with two damn good and very much overlooked Euro bigs in Jokic and Nurkic beats me but these two guys are beasting at 22 yo. I liked all their other picks except for Mudiay who has been disappointing. Considering their highest picks since Melo in 03 was #7, they've done well drafting.
