Seems like there have been a lot of injuries, many of which are "little nagging issues". Sure, Harris & Barton have missed some games and that happens. Some players have missed games because of DNP-CD and we understand that (even if we disagree sometimes), it happens.
But Gallinari & Chandler have a long history of not playing the entire season. So why are they are two MPG leaders? Those minutes add up and certain surgeries leave lingering issues (as many of us know personally). With all of the Nuggets' depth, I have said all season that Gallinari & Chandler should be on a minutes-restriction.
Considering the vaunted depth on the Nuggets, which is clearly present, are the Nuggets rushing guys back from injuries? Faried is struggling with a back issue right now. Anyone that's had a back issue knows that even when you think you're better, it can flare up rather quickly - imagine these athletes and the physicality of down-low, especially for a player like Faried. Now think about how many players have been out with an injury and then come back to play for a while and then be back on the injured list.
With all of that, factor in a player with a groin injury or a knee or ankle injury, they tend to favor that side and sometimes the other side gets injured. I do NOT know if they Nuggets are rushing guys back. I do NOT know why we have a history of too many injuries. Is The Rebel right and their training is focused in the wrong direction? I do NOT know. But I can certainly wonder!

Arthur, Chandler and Gallo out tonight, Faried Probable. I don't think we can keep the 8 if Chandler and Gallo both keep missing games.

Also a set minutes restriction is rarely executed as planned. Down 6 4 min to play but Chandler has already played 32 min, have to pull him...can't win games like that. Malone has left them in too long at the end of many games which were already decided, could have saved them some minutes that way.

and early in the season, when Harris came back from his injury they said he would have a 24 minute limit and in his first game he played 30+ (I forget how much) --- Malone wants to win or in his own words, "I hate to lose" --- most warriors & athletes learn that sometimes you have to lose a battle to win a war or in sports terms, lose a game to win the season. I don't think he understands that. Another example, he doesn't usually play his deep bench even in a blow out (win or lose) - he keeps playing his top 8-10 guys.

It seems to me that training and medical stuff are not doing good job with the players , its ridiculous that Denver always have 2 or 3 players out every game due to injury's

Some injuries are bound to happen but look at history and Gallinari & Chandler seldom play a full year yet they are our leaders in minutes played. Maybe, just maybe, if they had reduced minutes, they'd be less likely to have strains and tears on tired muscles.

Part of me just wants to think Chandler isn't really injured but doesn't want to play or something.

and part of me hopes that Malone is "resting" him so that he can play Hernangomez without admitting he wants to play him ... but I think we're both probably going to be disappointed - Chandler's annual games played list:
35
82
65
72
8
43
62
78
0
60 so far --- one year of 82 games and only 2 others of over 70 games

I have no problem criticizing the Nuggets medical staff. I've been skeptical for a while, especially since they botched Gallo's ACL recovery a few years ago.
But to be fair, this could end up being the healthiest season we've gotten out of Gallinari/Chandler concurrently since they've been in Denver. It just sucks cause the timing of these latest injuries is literally going to cost the Nuggets a playoff berth.

Re: Injury Issues
Given Gallo's injury history, I really hope we don't re-sign him to a new contract. I wish we could have traded him at the deadline, but I'd rather see him walk away than sit through another injury.
