I'm getting an endoscopy today, haven't eaten anything since last night and no drink since morning coffee, I feel like there's a nuclear war going on in my stomach with all the rumbling. FML.

It wasn't bad. The gastroenterologist I went to was super experienced so that kind of helped. I had to fast and **** my guts out with a laxative before the procedure but otherwise it was painless. Apparently there is an increased incidence of colon cancer in men in their late 20s to early 30s so anyone complaining with symptoms of food intolerance is being given butt probe.

You can give Hyde a shot. It gives me a massive headache post workout, but the energy levels are unrreal.

Just had to give up my beloved Bourbon upon the realization that the one's I liked the best were 'wheated bourbons' and thus had gluten... I started getting weird reactions to them like instant hangovers, etc... So I had to switch to something else...

Always wanted to explore Cognac... Stumbled upon Decourtet VS... $25 a bottle and spectacular... They have a VSOP too for $10 more, which is darker but I'm told is not worth the extra $$...

Seems to be a divergent spectrum of Cognac... It's been a total crap shoot so far regardless of price.

Funny story...
Took my daughter to soccer practice at the park the other day... As we're leaving, this lady... Petite, about 34, 5'6" tops, dressed in designer clothes, sunglasses, perfect hair/makeup, walks at us... All of a sudden she starts clearing her throat like a phlegmatic stock yard worker with hay fever... I literally jumped it was so loud. No hand to the mouth, nothing... Scared the crap out of me... I though she was a zombie.
