Thanks for replying, I didn't feel like going back and reading the thread because I don't have an ounce of belief that what your saying has any merit. I am open to theories on aliens, alternate realities, different gods, afterlife and entities, false flag events, corporations that control governments. etc etc. But flat earth, no. It's just the dumbest thing I have ever heard as there is no scientific proof. I do however, acknowledge that you have the balls to speak out about it as there really must be a small number of flat earth believers.

I'm also a little confused on why one of the flat earth believers hasn't sent one of those balloons into the hemisphere to prove their point that the earth is flat? Oh right, because you can see the curvature.

Im not exactly sure what your trying to illustrate by showing me the flight path on a flat earth if your trying to prove the globe earth..could you circumnavigate the world on flat earth? yes you can.. technically you would still be going around the world on a flat surface. The rabbit hole goes much deeper than ppl might imagine. Basically by promoting this globe earth/big bang/evolution it essentialy creates this nihilistic worldview bc if life just happened by chance/accident and were just a speck of dust floating in the infinite space called the universe and we evolved from different ancestors of monkeys then life has no real meaning or purpose and thus people become disempowered and societies morals decay. Further, we turn to them(govt) as the ones who has the "solutions" to all of our problems. Keeping us enslaved like mindless zombies."Do what thou wilt" becomes the law of the land and the subliminal ideology that these luciferian's promote shapes our thoughts and behavior. But if the earth is indeed flat then immediately it destroys all established credibility of "scientific" community and their theories claimed as fact (heliocentrism big bang evolution etc) and proves that our known place of existence was created and serves a specific purpose.

You make a fair point..however even excluding any sentiments towards government and just looking at the natural science objectively it only validates my point about the globe earth being the biggest hoax on mankind. If we just think for ourselves we understand basic properties of water. We know that water doesn't curve and doesn't conform to the exterior shape of an object. Someone who believes the earth is flat, like any other conspirationist, will use the flimsiest reason to discard something with evidences, yet they will accept without question something else that has no real evidence.

They aren't consequent, as they don't apply the same level of questioning to these "alternative theories". That's why those people are conspirationists and not skeptics.

jonjames is a good example of that. He puts forth a claim, yet can't give any evidence to back it up. And he will discard every evidence from the other side without a good reason.

1- When a boat comes toward you from the horizon, it looks as though it emerges from the sea. If the earth was flat, it would only appear in a straight line.

2- We don't see the same stars depending where we are on earth. If the earth was flat, we would see the same stars, because we would see the same portion of the sky.

3- The earth is rotating. Foucault's experiment showed it. The shadow of the earth cast on the moon is always round. If the earth was flat and rotated, the shadow wouldn't always be round.

4- The highest you go, the further you can see using any instrument you wish. If the earth was flat, you wouldn't see farther by going higher. But it's round and if you are higher, the curvature of the earth doesn't affect the sight as much.

They are dozen of examples. Every evidence shows that the earth is round: our shadows, other planets, planes, time zones, pictures from earth.
