Lavar actually just said he married his wife for genetics. She should have her head examined for marrying that idiot.

On the latest Ringer NBA Show, Chris Mannix said that IT "will not be happy at all" if they draft Fultz or Ball.

I hope Danny tells him to STFU if that's the case. I fear that Danny will trade the pick and get short sighted.

IT said himself he would be fine playing with either of them. I'll take his word for it. Either way, Danny isn't listening to IT. If he didn't give a **** what PP/Ray/KG thought, what makes you think IT will have any pull on what he does?

That sounds like speculation from Mannix to be honest. It's logical to assume that IT would prefer the Celtics to bring in another star but I don't see him becoming a malcontent if they draft a player

That's just dumb dumb Mannix trying to be "controversial" for the sake of being so. I guarantee, 100%, IT never said that. He's too confident in himself to give a ****.

I remember listening to a podcast with Isaiah and him mentioning being pissed when he was in Sac town as they always brought in a point guard and he would always beat them out. It made him feel like they were always trying to replace him.

I'm not educated enough on the pair to have a strong preference between Fultz and Ball for their on the court performance, but I certainly would prefer to deal with Fultz than the Balls.

I am not worried about his dad at all. (secretly, I think Lavar is awesome, and I'd love a dad like him) He's both funny (if he's your taste) and encourages his kids to be the best. So light hearted but goal oriented -- can't get much better than that.

Every player has an agent, so I'm not worried he'll be extra annoying --- agents are already trained professionals at being annoying to ownership, anyway.

IT is already on record saying he loves Fultz and has already played with him.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Tldr; Isaiah is a fan of Fultz, thinks he should be the number one pick, and thinks that they could coexist.

Assuming it's more around IT preferring we use the pick for trading for a star rather than bringing in another rookie. Nothing against Fultz personally.

Case in point, that last 30 seconds for West Virginia. An air ball, a near air ball and then failing to even get a shot off with 12 seconds on the clock.

The kid's jumper defies reality. I see it, the form looks awful, and then it goes in. With such a bad FT% and such a small sample from 3, hard to believe it is repeatable long term, but it's working for him right now.
