I assume you mean prime Paul Pierce?

Probably closer to Big 3 era Pierce, so tail end prime. But I'm not limiting him to that. It entirely depends on his physical condition. I legitimately believe he's more skilled now than pre-injury, especially in shot creation. I think if he's 100% physically like he was mid last season, he's putting up 23-25 ppg.

Wait, you would only trade him for a top 5 pick or pick 19 and 20? One of those is not like the other.

Pretty sure he means their first rounds picks in 2019 and 2020 - which they couldn't do because of the Stepien rule IIRC, but they could do 2019, 2021.

Yes thats what i ment, but you are right should be 19-21

Ok, I knew they had two first this year and just assumed they were at 19 and 20.

Problem with that deal is it completely resets the clock for some very unknown pieces

I would absolutely do this for Fultz/Ball. Would consider it for Tatum/Jackson/Smith/Isaac.

I'd rather see who drops and shove assets at that team to move up. I would probably move 1sts and even Thon to get one of those guys.

Not then - Not now - except for the impossible - if he is the main part of Bucks package for Nikola Jokic or Anthony Davis

11-42 over his last three games. 2-15 from 3.

Shooting can come and go. Quality PG play has greater stability.

I'm glad when that second banana thread on the GB came up I qualified my statement with "healthy" Middleton. He doesn't look anywhere close to that over the last couple weeks.

The results of this poll question alone explains all you need to know about the intelligence of the people on this board.

Not all of us are intelligent enough to earn a degree in hindsight, I guess.

The question was if you would trade Middleton for the Nets pick before not after the lottery.

Even more to the point it was would you trade him for a pick that could fall anywhere from 1-6 effectively when it was posted. Not would you trade him for #1 overall
