Watching the Suns without Bledsoe has been very very hard.

The win now strategy lost us 16 games by over 15 points and had us 2nd last, wasn't so great with Bledsoe either.

It wasn't Bledsoe, it was Knight playing major minutes back then.

8% for 1-10
5% for 11-14
People will want whatever is best for their team, if there's no difference between 1-10 nobody will want to finish last.
30 balls for Nets (7.98%)
29 balls for Lakers (7.71%)
28 balls for Suns (7.45%)
27 balls for Magic (7.18%)
...
17 balls for Bulls (4.52%)
And every spot is drawn (not just the top 3) so technically the worst team could get the 14th pick.
