No it's not semantics, you simply didn't understand the point because of your ignorance of CGI technology and your obvious incapacity to actually read my point. That thing you see is certainly not used for CGI for all the reasons I listed. You simply chose to believe what the video tells you, even though it's created by someone who doesn't know CGI better than you. You didn't bother to research if it made any sense. It doesn't make sense. It's not a blue screen.

In another video from the NASA, I've seen one of those things with a planet stuck on it. The astronauts probably use it to help us understand distances. Or in this case, the ball is green and it would tough to see with the messy background, so the blue grid helps.I can't tell you what it is, but I certainly can tell you that it can't be what that video tries to tell you it is. You don't put a blue shirted guy in front of a blue screen. You can't have wrinkles on a blue screen, it has to be perfectly extended so the image you put on it doesn't have wrinkles. You don't have white lines on a blue screen.

Yes, we live inside a firmament or dome. The whole ships will fall of the face earth narrative is impossible because the oceans and landmass are surrounded by the artic ring or aka Antarctica. We are not allowed to explore beyond the entry tourism point of antartica anything further will be met at gunpoint and asked to turn around by military guards. Antartica of course is agreed upon by all nations from the treaty that says no nation can claim it as their own terriotry. However we know that it's a huge site for military bases. They all know at some point near the edge will come to a dead end...the firmament. It also explains why the space shuttles that have launched unsuccessfully the past 50 years have mysteriously exploded in the sky bc once it got to high altitude it hit the dome. Basically the more you peel off the layers the more you realize that other events never happened aka satellites orbiting in outer space, man on the moon etc.

The penguins haven't gone anywhere..there is no edge bc they are protected by the firmament. They congregate amongst each other in the frozen tundra waddling along without a care in the world. The observing filmmakers and scientists go back inside their tents with not much exciting footage and call it a day. Once the camera goes off..they break out into flash mob dance to Billie Jean with all the other inhabiting creatures watching intently. The walruses are hysterical and slap each other with their flippers. The party soon comes to an end as the sun begins to set over the horizon and the penguins each head home into their gated community homes.
