Indeed, their career per-minute numbers are quite similar, except that Williams was a better finisher from 2pt range (and Jennings was better at getting to the line).
No dissrespect Nate but You can find few other PG from different times with quite equal stats and say that there is similarity in their play.
I watched Jason Williams a lot in the past I really tried to see them as You see it, but can't.

I think you overrate Williams. He was an all flash, no substance player. He made lots of great highlights, but he played terrible D, shot poorly, and turned the ball over quite a bit. He was definitely the weak link on that Sacramento team. They often did better when Tony Delk or Bobby Jackson replaced him in the lineup. He did help define their identity as a free-wheeling, showy team. There's an intangible quality to that.
