Let's see if our defense is up to par.

I wrote this in January:
An important point is that most vets on the Rockets team have neared their average games per season stats in just a half season.
Ryan Anderson: ~65 games/year Now at 43
Eric Gordon: ~50 games/year Now at 43
Nene: ~55 Now at 40

In this sense we should see the advantage of having 22 year olds in the second part of season if Russ does not die of exhaustion at some point.

with 11 games left
Ryan Anderson already played 68 games
Eric Gordon played 66 games
Nene played 60 games

Are we the only team always getting the short end of stick with the law of averages or is Michele Ferrari the head of Rockets medical staff?

Looking forward to this one, very possible it's a first round preview, and everyone is healthy except anderson. Curious to see how kanter fits against them (I think he can guard capella and Harrell well) and if okc can compete on the road in Houston.

We always go neck to neck with them so with Ryan Anderson is out I expect a win here. Here are the hustle stats for both teams:

Also this game is supposed to air on a Turkish public channel at a very reasonable 22:30 local time here today but last time they cancelled it because of Enes. I wonder what will happen after 6 months, I hope everybody understood that this is getting childish.

Had Harden defending Taj...So we go to an Adams postup on Capela.

This offense is just brutally bad.

Adams is such a joke as a defender.

It is again not aired on TV even though it was advertised before. Back to the streams then.

Harden is angry because he is normally always on the receiving end of those "overly demonstrated" fouls.

I know the Rockets are a great 3P shooting team, but Lou Williams just caught the ball in the corner with a defender already on him, rocked and leaned back on one leg, and just casually flung a three at the basket and drained.

Also, seeing Harden lose his flipping mind about a questionable foul call on him has to be the most hilariously hypocritical thing I've ever seen. This guy probably doubles anyone else in the league in BS favorable foul calls that put him on theline and he just lost his s**t on a foul called on him towards the end of the 1st quarter.

Looks like we're going to give up 70-75 points this half. The Rockets, like the Warriors, are primed to badly expose our terrible defense at comically high, efficient levels.

Lou Williams makes another casually-flung corner three with a defender there.

Presti, you should be taking diligent notes. This is what you should be trying to build around Westbrook; not the garbage shooting, extreme-one-way players roster he has around him right now.

Lou Williams almost single-handily beat us with a trash Lakers roster last year when we had KD and Russ. Now the already underrated-ly good Rockets roster gets to add him? We can't compete with this team. Congrats Morey, you're actually one hell of a GM.

Presti, you suck.

Just like against the Warriors, there's absolutely no defensive game plan in place. Adams has been completely atrocious on defense. He makes Kanter looks good the way he's playing.
