Your response to everybody was such that you've built this list over years, but it's clear how much work went into this. I can't really compliment it enough.
My only real point of contention is that you have it on a google spreadsheet. This should be made into a website and you should be profiting on your hard work. Why do this for free?

I very much appreciate it. I would love to build a website and profit off of it, but I don't think it is anything that people would pay for. Thus, I am happy to share it for free!
