Cleve looked awful today against the Spurs, and gave up top spot to Boston

oh and Lebron kinda crawled off injured , after what looked like a pretty innocuous knock to the back of the neck from Avi Lee

Cavs looking like hot garbage. One good thing if there is another final rematch, is that their defense won't be as good as last season. I really just want the Warriors to completely humiliate them and then spend the next RS talking smack.

They'll be completely different come the playoffs, and I doubt they lose a game on the way back to the finals.

It's the east so you know what to expect generally, but their defense isn't going to get to a top 3-4 level just by flipping a switch. They've been comically bad. I think they will struggle a bit more this season.

They'll get exposed defensively this year if a healthy Warrior team makes the final.

If you'd like to bet me on the statement that the "Cavs won't lose a game on the way to the Finals"....I will gladly take it.

The Celtics, Wizards and possibly the Raptors (albeit less) will take games from the Cavs. And this is the year where I feel they could get upset by somebody.

Please take me up on it and lets bet something.

Sig bet. The other has to sport a sig of the winners choice for all of the off season.

Proviso - No injuries to the Cavs main players, LBJ, KI, KL, TT, JR.

Deal?

Ill take it. JR? I'll give you the JR, but have to laugh.

You're on bud. I'm sure between the two of us, the Sig should be good.

So the Nuggets payed Portland a 1rst to take the guy that turned the Blazers season around and took over the 8th seed from them. Not sure if brilliant tanking or terrible management.

Boston

1. Are currently the First Seed in the East
2. Could end up with the 1st Pick in the Draft.
3. Can give a free agent Max Money.

Would they lose IT if they give someone the max though? PG/Buttler with a potential 1st could really turn them into something relevant if they are able to keep IT in the process.

Gotta Gove it up to Danny Ainge. His patience has been amazing. And the hire of Brad Stevens brilliant.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but Broussard makes the FOX nonsense pretty bearable. He's by far the most logical where it's not even close, especially when you include a doofus like Cowherd. Just saw a topic about Steph from their twitter account and it's like he's conversing with the worst posters on realgm who don't watch much bball but stick purely on popular hot takes.

Listened to his first few eps of his new podcast. He's honestly the best thing to happen to FOX in terms of getting a proper journo. Even with his #sources.

Random, but, was listening to a RInger NBA podcast today and they mentioned they monitor realgm and Reddit a good amount. Good to see we're as important as we think we are :P

You know what I hate about this bet now Mylie, is that I may subconsciously root for the Cavs to win the East in a sweep. That sucks. :nonono:

As much as I wanted to believe the East was "catching up" this regular season, I believe the Cavaliers are going stomp the East in the Playoffs. There was no way their defense was actually as bad as we've seen the past month.

mate of mine was at the Wolves game. Mad Wolves man since the 90's, and if you look to the right here , you can spot him decked out in their gear on our dance cam

I just have to share the comment from another mate under it as it's one of the funniest I've read in a long time

Tobi French "Wearing a Rubio jersey as well, which, in the new America, is the most efficient way for foreigners to let everyone know they aren't a shooting threat"

Clippers hold Spurs to under 90 at San Antonio.

And Blazers are currently blowing out the Jazz.

Looks like Warriors potential matchups in the first two rounds are peaking going into the playoffs.
