What was your favorite moment of Lance Stephenson's career in a Timberwolves jersey?

I can't help feeling this was a mistake. Was it about saving money? Or a roster space? Neither of those should be relevant to us and for me the upside of a Stephenson on a cheap contract outweighs the 'cost'

Just goes to show how hard it is to play yourself out of the NBA once you have made it

That type of contract I was expecting from Wolves if Lance could stay healthy. But in this case loyalty is more important. I guess Lance wants to be with his former team. I wish him good luck!

I'm tipping Paul George had a big say in getting Lance back.

Yeah, wish him luck but wish we could have given him that deal. Oh well.

?? He sucks tho?

Felt like i was taking crazy pills reading people talk about how Lance was playing well. He sucked. Which is fine, 10-day guy without time to ease in or learn the system, etc. But the fact is he stunk. And would have stunk more if he didn't splash in some bad long twos.

We have someone called Jordan Hill who makes same money that Lance will make with Pacers. I wonder how you would describe Hill's performance if Lance sucked.

He really didn't though. He was alright, hardly a world beater but for 4 mil a season in this cap he'd have been solid.

But like I said, oh well.

Less damaging to the team because he has spent less time on the floor

Lance clearly had more talent than other guys outside the nba. He has had personal issues and he never got himself back into shape properly, which may have led to his injuries. Still, the talent was there. I advocated elsewhere that we offer him a similar deal, as a way to add talent for next year. It was a cheap gamble

His play for us this season wasn't indicative of the potential he could bring when he was back in top form. I liked the signing but I also understand why we didnt commit. I thought he was a good pick up because I think we will badly need a decent wing next season in the even we don't bring back Shabazz. Lance could have shorn that up for us. I'm not upset over not getting but I would have liked the insurance.
