We are getting spoiled by all these triple doubles by Westbrook and Harden.

GOAT? Wow, uh, Shaq with 15 blocks? Can't argue against it.
Duncan with 20 boards? Can't argue against it.
Westbrook with 57 pts and a triple double? Can't argue against it.
Thurmond, Alvin Robertson, David Robinson, Olajuwon all had quadruple doubles (Olajuwon twice) - can't argue against those.

I actually watched all but two of the above games but watching Harden's 53-16-17 was truly the most memorable and the GOAT in my mind (and I'm more of a Westbrook fan than a Harden fan, but wow!) - that game was artistry!

If you take context into account..

LeBron's 27/11/11/3/2 for the game 7 win.

Otherwise Shaq or Hakeem

The thing is blocks were not officially tracked by the league.

Makes *me* wonder how many he might have had.

I'll probably go with Wilt for the simple reason that he more than likely got a crap ton of blocks too - but they weren't recorded then.

I think 20-20-20 is possible by Harden

The Draymond triple double without points this year was pretty cool. First time in NBA history.
Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

Larry Bird posted 30, 12, 10 and 9 in 3 quarters. Not a bad haul either. Had the game been closer he probably would have finished with something like 40, 15, 13 and 11.

Wilt probably, since we can't tell how many blocks he got.

or Shaq, because he played just 36 mins that game.. http://www.espn.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=131120017 to get all that in 36 mins is just absolute dominance. Shaq only had 3 TO's. He also had a steal and 3 assists. If you look at the complete box score, no question to me he had the better overall game though we can't tell Wilt's but I would wager Wilts was even better.

Westbrook played 41 mins to get his and had 7 TOs, and Harden 42 mins and had 8 TOs (no steals or blocks), for comparison.
