damn it it's a W for us, ducler made a thread.
Celtics fan.
We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.

I'm trying to figure out, is todays game a lose-lose, or a win-win?

I say it's a lose-lose because a L for us will mean that the Kings are only 0.5 games away from #5 and 1.5 games away from #4. If they win today, they are inching closer and closer to the #10 -- we will still keep our own pick (1-10 protected) but would you rather want the #10 or a top-7 pick? It's an easy decision, imo.

If we lose, it's a win. The only thing that matters is that we have the best shot at keeping both picks. The NO pick won't get low enough to hit top 3 unless the lottery f's us. On the other hand, we are in danger of sliding closer to that 10-13 range in the standings where we have a higher probability of losing our pick to Chi.

Overall, we need to lose and NO needs to lose as a secondary goal. Then the lottery gods (Adam Silver) need to be nice to us.

Please don't make Garrett Temple play in this mess.

Well this sucks...Dallas is losing. If this continues, NO is going to end up with a pick out of the top 10. If the Hornets lose tonight and NO wins, they will be a game out of the 11th pick.

It's like child abuse watching PapG guard Cuz, but that's a good thing. For a young player like that it's nice to know your place in the world and where you need to be. Even saw a little frustration out him. So there is an emotion in there somewhere! lol.

Hopefully the coaching staff can start getting an offensive gameplan built around the young guys and in particular Buddy. There is no reason only 12-13 shots on a good night should be found for your best offensive option. Same with Skal, they need to find more off ball shots and take advantage of his shooting stroke with him as a floor spreader. Throw Papa G in there as well. I'd like to see more spot shots for him. The Kings are over focusing on the interior right now.
