At the club he bragged about packing the paint and attacking the rim, saying "You haven't been balled until you've been bald," but at crunch time he just didn't have the elevation. He can handle an easy lay in, maybe even an and1, but not so hot with the three ball.

Out of Gortat sex puns.

Hood is 9/12 for 3 in the last 2 games I hope we don't leave him wide open like Reddick

Smith would have blocked that 3 instead of doing matador defense

Our usual first quarter defense is holding them to 3-3 shooting.

Gortat is trying to isolate on Gobert? Is he high or just an irrational confidence guy?

Come back the other way and he dunks in his face.

Wiz got the Flip Saunders "mid-range, contested jump shot" offensive sets going tonight.

This is what I'm talking about. 3 point shooters routinely go off on Beal. He doesn't make egregious mistakes like reaching 24-7, but he's consistently bad defensively. Doesn't close out on shooters hard enough. Gets hung up on screens easily.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.
