fivethirtyeight.com gives the Jays a 42% chance of playoffs. By way of comparison, the Red Sox are at 53% (best in the AL East), the Indians, 76%, etc.

Should have maybe reduced my expectation just for the fact that it's so difficult to win 3 years in a row let alone two years in the AL East, but my homerism kicked in.

From a projections standpoint even the biggest Jay's detractors didn't have them this bad early on....but they'll tell you otherwise.

Feeling like a lost season already and we haven't even got through April yet.
