Jokic vs. Whiteside - two VERY different players
Faried vs Richardson - nice matchup
Gallo vs. Babbitt - tough matchup for both of them
Harris vs McGruder - should be the best for the Nuggets
Murray vs Dragic - should be an interesting matchup

Denver has a better offensive rating
Miami has a better defensive rating
No Nelson or Barton or Arthur and maybe no Plumlee plus Beasley is in the D-League
No McRoberts or Waiters or Winslow

If I was a betting man and had to place a $1000 bet,
I'd put $500 on the Nuggets to win and $500 on the Heat to win. ;-)

Mudiay had a nice game with 17/9/4....guess there may be some hope left for him.

Just finished watching the game, another one off the DVR because Sunday night is one of the three nights each week where I'm usually busy in the evening.

Loved the defensive effort by Faried & Murray, especially in the first few minutes of the game. They were hustling and covering for teammates. I thought that is part of what propelled the Nuggets to that great first quarter. Of course scoring 37 points probably had a lot to do with that too.

Liked Mudiay's game overall and his man-on-man defense wasn't too bad IMO.

Is it just me, or do the Nuggets' young players seem to win when they have to play extra minutes? Loved the early call by Chris Marlowe who said something like, "Expect the tempo to be faster with Nelson not playing".

Overall, not a great game, but a great win over a team fighting for it's playoff slot.

I really hope Mudiay can focus more on being a good defender this offseason. His size should make him a really good defender. Because our point guards and center always got roasted on the PnR situation, if Mudiay and Murray can at least improve on that part of the game, then we are less prone to being roast.
