Never underestimate the power of group-think and snap overreactions. Again, the Magic are stupid for letting somebody take a picture there but it's a fairly normal thing for teams to have boards like that.

I agree that it's stupid to let a picture be taken in front of it, just because of the exact reaction it's getting right now. They probably just didn't even think about that. If it was real information, they wouldn't have brought friggin Garino to that specific room where he could see all of our "secret plans."

It's controversial because we're the only idiot franchise that would do that. This team is made for late night TV, what with all the unintentional blunders and hi-jinks. In and of itself, the leak is not that big a deal; like if the Spurs or just about any other team had that happen, whatever, **** happens right? But the fact that it's the Magic makes it especially mouth-watering for the trolls to pounce.

Plus, this list is pretty stupid. Some of these items on are head-scratching at best: Tobias Harris, Ilyasova, Ibaka?? Is Hennigan trying to bring the band back together? Trading Gordon for Saric? I get this isn't Rob's end-all master plan but still, wtf?

It's embarrassing. The Ibaka trades, Dwightmare, terrible last 5 years, and giving away Harris, etc were the subject of a few chuckles around the NBA, but we've just gone full-blown laughingstock of the league.

I think it's fair to speculate on the contents of the lists though. It's quite possibly a list of players the organization knows (or supsects) are available. In which case, it could certainly contain information that other organizations wouldn't want to become public knowlegde.
