1. You can draft any player, choosing any NBA or ABA season.
2. You have to draft 8 players, maximum amount of 90.0 total FGA. There will be a .85 multiplier for any season before the NBA/ABA merger. Each player must play at least 8 minutes in your rotations.
3. All player seasons you select must fit into two ten-year periods of your choosing. For example, 77-86 and 91-00. You do not have to declare your player seasons or two ten-year periods until the draft is over.
4. We will use ABBABBAB format.
5. There will be a limit of 16 teams.
6. The clock will run from 9 AM to 12 AM, EST. You have two hours, starting with the last selection, to make your pick. You are encouraged to quote the next person. However, your clock begins immediately after the previous pick, not when you are quoted. If you do not pick within the allotted time, you can and should be skipped in the interest of speed. You can pick at any time afterwards.
7. The winner will be decided by a ranking system. Individual voting will be made public when the final ranking totals are published. Teams will be judged on how they would fare in a playoff series, not a full season.
8. The clock starts Thursday, April 6 at 9 am Eastern.
