Crap. Well, we had our slappiest slap hitter up. Can't ask for more than that.

Smoak would have got a big hit there. Or at least another clutch strike out. #SmoakFor7th
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Second verse same as the first. Good at bat by Pearce I thought. I really like his body language at the plate for whatever that is worth. Bad result but seemed confident and wasn't chasing.

Who's our hitting coach this year? Why haven't we fired him yet?

Edwin would have got a hit there, but now we're left with inning ending double plays with Pearce.

Well to be fair, our team's average age is like 45. Guess we just need a bit of time to rock ourselves into motion. Sort of like an old Cadillac spinning its tires in mud.

Should have bunted earlier in the inning to stay out of the double play. Damn it all, Gibbons!

Grandpa Joey cant bunt, it hurts his arthritis. And Great Grandpa Martin would need his glasses as he can't see the ball to well nowadays.
