I agree. A-Rod is a better SS than Jeter. And, honestly, it's not even a close debate.

Arod botches so many popups its ridiculus, he even admits it.

Thing is Arod is also a better third baseman, you do whats best for the team. You guys want to play up this Jeter/Arod thing thats fine, the Yankees still have the best defensive Shortstops in the league, as voted on by the coaches....who know more than all of you.

That being said I wanted the Yankees to move Jeter to center instead of signing Damon because I think he would have won Gold Gloves out there too. anyone who has seen the way he plays fly balls knows what I'm talking about.

The haters can deny all they want. But you all know, if you could go back to 96 you would want to have Jeter or Arod on your team for the last 11 years at shortstop over any one else

Well, A-Rod obviously. But I'd rather have Larkin or Vizquel over Jeter. I'm sorry but I have never seen Jeter hit in a non-loaded lineup and until I do I'll take Larkin or Vizquel.
