.....was Evan's "injury" a one game problem or will it continue to bother him for some more?

Agreed, geez guys I do too want to tank, but the constant gloom and doom about winning is pathetic. Just realize it wasn't going to happen, just be happy with the losses we already got and get over it . Again we weren't going to lose EVERY GAME, you guys should have already prepared your minds for it. Some of you really make it hard to post on here sometimes.
You guys going to still argue that if we lose the final 3 games and go on to lose the coin flip with Philly? What if Philly wins the lotto from the #4 spot? We half-tanked this game and barely won.... we could have lost it if we tanked just a little bit harder.
Let me make this clear I didn't want us to win tonight. Just I already knew Vogel was trying to win and i don't know why it's such a surprise that we won. At some point with Vogel "trying" to win, we were going to win against a bad team. It was going to happen. I'm in the same boat as you that I will get upset if the ping pongs don't fall our way. Let me ask you this Orlando, are you surprised that it happen? Clearly this franchise doesn't see it the way you do.

Not sure if anyone else brought this up but I was at the game and i was SHOCKED at the attendance. I've been to probably 15 games this season and this was near the top. I was expecting a dead arena because of the standings and it being a Thursday night game. But it was a pretty good crowd. Maybe the Magic just gave away more tickets, I know some Magic brass were in the building last night so they probably wanted to pack the place as well as they could.
I know it hurt our draft spot but it was still good to see a win since it was the last game i'll attend this year.

We played zimm, garino and georges - a rookie stiff and two d-leaguers - early in the game. Biz played 5 total minutes. We premeditated benching Ross in the second half. No watson who vogel has called our best player at one point in the season. Jeff Green who vogel has relied on heavily this season is shutdown. That's a trying to win strategy for frank? Like I said before, if we had our regular rotations I wouldn't be so annoyed because then the "we can't lose them all" argument makes a lot more sense. We were playing rooks and resting players... priorities certainly weren't the same. Hennigan and Vogel know what's at stake. You think it's a coincidence we randomly decided to bring in some scrubs and play zimm with a few games left? Vogel just has too much pride to let the worst team in the league blow him out like they did to the sixers the other night. Half-assed tanking, half-assed winning. Tried to have it both ways. Poor strategy any way you spin it. That's par for the course on the season though... from start to finish no matter what the goal vogel has been all over the map with his decisions.

Yep, It was 88-81 with 9 minutes left and Lopez had just hit a shot on Zimm and they were getting ready to make a run when Vogel immediately subbed in Vuc.Then about a minute later they were getting ready to make another run and Vogel subbed AG and Elf back in and they played the rest of the game. Vogel wanted to save what little pride he has left. This game could have easily been lost.

I agree with you. I was also thinking why is Vuc coming back in?
This is Frank texting Hennigan telling him, "Sorry I just can't do this tanking thing, bringing the starters back in! Deal with it.
