Brodgon has played in 73 games with 3 games to play. Unless you're just making a bad joke relative to Embiid, your beliefs seem to be based on the opposite of truth.

I'm just saying that we should consider all of the games Brogdon has missed due to injury and contrast it with the fact that Dario has been available every game. You can't help your team win in a suit.

you're just making up stuff to insinuate he's missed a lot of games, when he hasn't. Most players don't play 82 games.
Would you exclude Isaiah Thomas from an all-NBA team because he's played 73 games so far, the same as Brogdon?

I'm talking about a specific comparison between Brogdon and Saric. Obviously games played isn't the only factor or else the 9 other rookies that have also been less injury prone than Brogdon would also be in front of him.

I call bull. I suspect you weren’t even aware he had missed the last 4 games until I mentioned it.
I’ll bet I can’t find a post from you before he missed games where you expressed he might be as deserving as Saric. I’ll bet you I can find a post from you where you said Saric was the obvious ROY before Brogdon missed those FEW games. So the missing games are just something you’re trying to use to make a (poor) point.

Look, I’m a bucks fan. I’m familiar with 76er ROYs who are rather poor basketball players but put up stats on a bad team (MCW).

The good news is that it is Lent, and Catholic Churches have extra sessions of confessions, so you can easily get the deceit wiped away from your soul. You don’t even need to be repentant to me, only to God.

I'm a little late to this discussion but lol at using the fact that brogdon "only" played 70+ games against him.

It's 100% irrelevant. Saric gets no bonus points for that in this comparison

Spurs rookie Bertans having pretty good beginning of the April.

14.7 points, 3 rebound, while shooting 48 % from the field and 44 % from the three point line.

Has made in the last 3 games, 12 three point field goals. :o :o
Celtics fan.
We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.

he plays bouncier and quicker than a lot of people said, got a bad rep before the draft for being unathletic.

2016 Redraft based on rookie performance anyone? Mine would be -

1. Simmons* (leaving him here by default because I think he'll be the best player from this draft if healthy)
2. Ingram
3. Chriss
4. Murray
5. Bender
6. Brown
7. Skal
8. Hield
9. Zubac
10. Brogdon
11. TLC
12. Ulis
13. Zizic
14. LeVert
15. Maker
16. Papagiannis
17. Dunn
18. Prince
19. Valentine
20. D.Murray
21. Hernangomez
22. Richardson
23. Sabonis
24. Beasley
25. Ferrell
26. Korkmaz*
27. Ellenson
28. Baldwin
29. Yabusele
30. Whitehead
31. McCaw
32. Zipser
33. Siakam
34. Bembry
35. Diallo
36. Felder
37. D.Davis

I'll stop there because we've seen literally none of the rest of guys (probably missed some guys anyway). Just a vague list, not just based on rookie production but long term output with what we've seen so far included.

Good to see my countryman PapaG finding his way into the league.
He's still raw and has many flaws but i think that the Kings are the right team for him.
Cousins departure made WCS and PapaG a very intriguing duo for the future.
They can't play together since none of the two can play PF but the Kings have years in front of them to make the rotation work.
PapaG needs to hit the gym at summer and work on his PnR O and D.
I think he can help the Kings. Wish all the best for him and for his franchise.
They deserve a bright future for their awesome fanbase.

What about Jakob Poeltl and Wade Baldwin?

I thought Baldwin was going to be a solid player, but so far I was wrong about that.

I swear I put Poeltl in.. hmm. He's been solid but unspectacular, which is about how I had him coming out.

I wasn't as high as many on Baldwin as a prospect, but I did like him for the Bulls because I thought he could develop in to a nice 3/D option at PG next to point-Jimmy. Always questioned his 'PG' abilities though. I dunno whether he's just flat out sucked or he just hasn't had enough opportunities yet, so I won't write him off as a bust yet, but I think he's been pretty average in the D-League even, so I put him pretty low.

People who I was wrong on -

Skal, to an extent. I think most people, myself included, still saw him as a lottery talent worth taking for upside alone, but I did buy in to the hype that he was a soft big.

Papagiannis - this guy was my #1 target for the Bulls.. in the 2nd round. I laughed at the Kings when they picked him, thinking it was their biggest draft bust yet, but from what I've seen, I think he might actually live up to his draft spot.

WillyG is too low on your list. Like REALLY low. He's ALREADY producing 7 & 7 overall, and a double double in 20 starts. All while only THIS year started to get consistent burn. He dropped like 24 & 12 against the Spurs last week and 10 & 12 against the Grizzlies last night! :D

I thought so watching him play college ball and in the preseason and I still think so now. Bryn Forbes is going to make it in this league. You always hear about how the Spurs get draft steals. Now they're showing they can just pick up the undrafted guys.

Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.
