GG Suns, just dominated everywhere tonight. And the Lakers still win, so it all works out!

PS, if you aren't happy with the win blame it on Mulhollanddrive :D. This was in our last PG thread.

Good luck the last few games!

In the post game interview he talked about how he needs to keep the young guys together over the summer to work on their games together and build chemistry. Great stuff.

Damn I'm mad I didn't get to watch this game. I'll definitely have to watch tomorrow, but it looks like we had some seriously impressive individual performances from TJ and Booker. 37/5/4 from Booker on pretty efficient shooting and only 1 turnover? That's excellent. Lakers winning is just the cherry on top.

Len's offense is still so so bad...

just cringe worthy.... tries to play offense as if he is Jokic... but he has brick hands.

Because it's about pride and not letting this be the team he gets a record against.

Im with bw...you've got the game won, what does it matter if he gets a triple double? Hes already got 41 of them this year (2 or 3 against the Suns).

If he has broken the record at the end of the season, nobody is gonna care who the 42nd one was against. What will be remembered is that he has the record. Being the 42nd isnt any more 'embarrassing' than being the 1st, 25th, or 37th of the season. Does anyone remember/care who Oscar got his 41st against? **** no.

I just think its petty. Let them "let their players be great."

I'll definitely watch this game tomorrow.

This one was a great game to watch. Finally a win and we stay #2 in the lottery.

Ulis was solid againt Westbrook, active all the time.
DJJ was fine defending Westbrook too, his length bothered him a few times.

On offense, Warren and Booker played terrific games.

We have an easy set in the halfcourt that puts the ball in Warren's hands at the top of the three point line to just play one on one against his defender.
That play is effective and it was gold in this game.

T.J. rebounded really well in traffic, we needed him with Adams, Kanter and Gibson working in the paint.

Booker is an amazing ball handler for his age and size, not too many 6'6 players can play PG and Booker has shown the last few games that he can play that position.

Dudley played another good game, I love him on the team with so many youngsters.
Hopefully we do not trade him, he is the perfect veteran for this team.

Len just needs to play with defensive energy. He grades out very well in the shotblocking and rebounding department. His offense should consist of:

-Mismatches
-Lobs
-Second chance points

I've seen enough of Len. Average at best. Next year, I'd rather have Sauce and Chandler as a veteran presence.

Yes and Bender too ... don't throw away money on Len. He still had me shaking my head on some the boneheaded offensive plays he made in this game.

Night and day, those two posting up smaller players. Bender keeps it simple and makes the shot. Len tries to dance his way to a dunk - rarely works.

Yeah, very entertaining game. I'm glad this team did all they could to stop the record.
Very proud of those guys.

Bender has made that only just a few times, he is not good at the post even against small players yet. He can be good in the future, but now he is not.

I am not a fan of Len, but I think he has played better in the last 10 games.
He is not a post player, that is for sure, but he has been better defending the rim and finishing in the paint.

Totally unoriginal name. He just jacked it from Lil Wayne.

I don't know what WEEZY is. If you mean wheezy, a Suns poster..doesn't post much, just plays fantasy. If you are talking about Weezer, I like them, or used to a lot. I really like Sweater Song and Buddy Holly.

My guess is you are not talking about either of the things you mentioned though.

The annoying Suns hype guy.

Len's future is as a rebounder, rim protector, and enforcer. Anyone notice that vicious screen he set against the Thunder. We have to forget where he was drafted and decide if he offers something we need going forward, and for what price.

How is what Westbrook did last night any different then what Booker did in Boston. Both teams were using their final possessions to pad stats when the game was over.

I'm happy Booker got his 70, but before we jump all over Westbrook...pot/kettle

I have no problem with what Westbrook did. I also have no problem with the fans cheering it. We still got the win and it was a historic accomplishment that should be acknowledged.
