Wow that was ugly. Voted Domas. I wish I had the last 2.5 hours of my life back.

Well, clearly Russ is holding us back.

For real? I really enjoyed watching without really caring about the result, it was a nice game.

Had it on in the background & just from looking up every so often, I feel like Cole shot way more than 10 times.

Good stuff on the win though I guess.

I guess it was the best of both worlds. We got the win, but the offense looked like turd soup. Russ can rest easy lol

Also Domantas needs to be more aggressive next season. He showed way more this game than he had all season.

I love the hard pump fake into lefty drive. As a lefty myself it's my go to move off the catch and you almost always get into the lane with it, now he just has to figure out the best way to finish.

I didn't get a chance to watch this but the result makes me wonder.

Don't. Minnesota's awful. I don't like to say that but they really are. Cole was beating their PGs, Singler outplayed Wiggins, they can't shoot, it was just bad on all levels. KAT looks awesome, that's about it to me.

Ugly as in two teams who aren't good at scoring at all trying to do so for a few hours. It was stress free, and bizarre. I left very unimpressed w/ Minnesota more than anything.

2. I'm editing your poll on this one (pulling the mod card) just to add Collison to the poll officially. It may be the last time we see him on court and I'm changing my vote :D.

Oh, and glad they won but if you're really worried, that MIN team has a 110 D rating since the break and closer to 115 the last 15 games. They lost to the Nets by I believe 7. OKC just had a 104 O rating and sub 52% TS.

Encouraging to see. Let's hope they can take this game and build on it. Everybody looked more confident.

Also I'd like to point something out: It doesn't matter that the Wolves struggle defensively. We have lost to way worse teams at full strength.

That was a much higher quality game to watch than I expected. Except for the third quarter, which was a mess from both teams. You actually used Kanter in pick and rolls a lot for once instead of forcing postups all the time. Good to see Sabonis have a solid offensive game and hitting jumpers with confidence.

Cole is such a selfish player, BTW, he ruined a bunch of fast breaks by taking tough contested shots instead of passing.

Minnesota's transition D was downright hilarious for most of the game.

Its not some other guys stepped up. I just don't feel like it's realistic to think what these guys did in one game without Russ will be much different than the previous 80 games played together.

I just looked this up, but that was the 3rd best D rating MIN has had the last month. They've been a sieve defensively and they just cracked 100 points. The offense was still a bottom 7 offense against one of the worst defenses in the league. They didn't really play over their heads so much as Minny's just not very good.

True but how did we do last time we played there a month or so ago?

January? They lost 1 of 4 against Minny, teams go hot and cold throughout the year, the Cavs just won w/o Lebron and Kyrie shortly ago, I wouldn't expect that to hold either.
