Richard Sherman

I think we should trade for him. He's been the best Corner for the past couple seasons and before that he was only second to Revis. He fits perfectly in our system and something that's underrated about him is that he's a great tackler and possibly the best tackling corner in the NFL. There's really no reason not to go after him. To put his hall of fame career in perspective here are some numbers

30 interceptions (ten more than anyone else since 2011), 4 probowls, 3 1st team all-pro, 1 superbowl in his first six season. Those numbers are identical to Deion Sanders.

I'd easily give up a second for him. It'd probably take a 2nd and a 4th which i'd do after negotiating

I think the corners they signed, and drafting Adams or a trade down for Hooker (or even Lattimore) will finish off the secondary for now. The Bears are bad, we don't need to make a move like that this year. That is more a move that finishes off your team to get over the hump.

I agree. And I think if he is available now he will be available next season for less. Maybe then.

I disagree that we are a bad team. I think this team is contending for the division and/or a playoff spot.

I believe the Seahawks original asking price was a 1st and a good player. Then it went to a 1st and a mid round pick. And now the price has reportedly dropped again (according to bleacher report). If we can get Sherman for fuller and a 2nd, it'd be really really dumb not to do it.

That would be a good deal. Ideally we would do Fuller and a third because we can getting a starting WR or OT with that second rounder. Or our future franchise QB

Watching mike and mike and the former GM of the Bucs (can't remember his name) said he thinks the price for Sherman is a 2nd and 6th or a pick from next year
