also also 11-12 people per side is way too many for quidditch

although they are probably just bending the rules to better accommodate the number of participants

They had like a and b teams... Most of the people were just waiting to be put in. The normal number we playing. But I thought it was funny that even while they waited they were sitting on the sticks...
