Went to bed, it was 3-2 Braves. Glad to see we won when I woke up. Hopefully that 2 HR night last night gets Inciarte going!

Indeed!

Any thoughts on moving Brandon Phillips into the 2-hole for a while. And easing Dansby back into that role later in the season?

The vet seems to be hitting the ball well while the rookie is understandably struggling a bit.

Either he or Markakis. Both hitting .300 or better, both have an OBP near .400

Julio Teheran takes the mound to open up the new stadium. I like the game to be low scoring and under the 8 projected.

First Brave to score a run at SunTrust: Phillips(if moved up in order), or Freeman since his 3 HRs are all of the solo variety.

Julio wasn't at his sharpest (walked four and hit two) but only gave up 2 runs over 6 innings. 5-2 Braves going to the Seventh inning.

Looks like playing in actual baseball conditions (a warm climate) is doing wonders for the team.

First two home games looked packed, they'll continue to be packed if the Braves continue winning.

Big Sexy goes 7 innings and only gives up 1 earned run (a homerun on a pitch outside of the zone), as the bats stay hot en route to a 4th straight Braves win. Inciarte hit another HR, Brandon Phillips had 3 htis and 4 RBI.

Climbing the latter, back to 5-6 and just 1 back in the loss column for best record in the NL!

Braves sweep the Padres with a 5-4 win. Dansby Swanson gets the first walk-off hit at SunTrust with a bases loaded ninth inning single to LF.
5 wins in a row and we are back to .500. The hated Nationals come to town tomorrow night.

Looks like SunTrust Park is a hitters' venue. Freeman went 4-4 with 2 doubles and 2 HRs today.

We have a chance to tie the Nationals in the early standings tomorrow.
