If it's a kid's game, why is Phil Jackson making these poor kids learn a goddamn offense that's over 200 pages long and has over 1000 plays?

He has the money to ensure his son is set up for success despite any detours that would arise from the marriage. Divorces mainly occur over finances, in turn the finances directly affect the children.

People, you can't make speculations about Melo's wife if you don't know the reason for their separation. Melo has been going through a lot during the 2016/17 NBA season. He has to deal with another Knicks losing season, problems with his coaches and Phil Jackson, as well as other problems in his daily life. Who knows, maybe Melo has been taking his frustration out on the people closest to him.

I believe the best thing for Melo is a new team in a new location for a fresh start, especially if the business of Basketball is starting to take its toll on his family’s life. Things have gone from bad to worse for him recently, and I'm sure Phil is not going to make things any better or easier for him. Melo, you might have two divorce decisions to make soon, I just hope you make the right one and make the process as easy as possible for you and your family’s best interest.

To be honest, all Melo had to do was wait a few more months while in Denver to sign on as a Free agent with the Knicks. We still would've had Gallo and Chander, along with Raymond Felton. Pringles would still be coach, and maybe just maybe, his marriage would still be intact.

Melo always been a bit on the sensitive side. He put a lot of hopes and expectations into coming to nyc and except for some success here and there its mostly been a bust. It is very difficult to accept failure in those situations but many times it is better to accept it and get a fresh start. It can be liberating.
