So, which of you brave souls will be creating Game 3? If I can have a volunteer to do Game 3 and another person to do Game 4. MLB playoffs pitching rotation style.

I love Westbrook as an athlete, but lately it's been apparent to me that he shouldn't win the MVP. But guess what? Westbrook will win MVP!!!

So what does it mean? The award has lost its traditional meaning and historic perspective. The voters are implicitly suggesting that individual stats matter more than making your teammates better and winning games. It sends the wrong message by saying one shouldn't play defense, grab uncontested rebounds, and go for triple doubles instead.

God, I hope this fuels Harden to perform well during the remainder of this playoffs. Let's see if Harden can turn this anger into positive energy. Go Rockets!

[Series 1, Game 3] Houston Rockets (2-0) vs. Oklahoma City Thunder (0-2)

Post#165 » by Mr. E » Sat Apr 22, 2017 12:06 am

Game three time! Time to hit the road, baby!!!

Tonight the Symphony of Efficiency travels north of the border to take on the one-man band. The first game was a blowout by the Rockets and the second game was an exciting, come-from-behind victory. My blood pressure is hoping for a result with the Rockets winning with relative ease.

Harden, Beverley, Ariza, Anderson, Capela, Gordon, Williams, Nene, D'Antoni & the crew will be taking one of the most impressive offenses in NBA history to what could be a three game lead in this first round series.

GO ROCKETS!!!

What is it that everyone wanted Westbrook to do the other night?

No, no, no!

The blouses won that game and served the pancakes. Harden & the guys will be serving some pancakes tonight.

Cold start.

Kind of expected this. OKC looks overhyped, though. They'll be exhausted by the middle of the third quarter.

So far I blame the rest of you.

I'm not really that concerned right now, though.

That was nice of those OKC fans to start up that MVP chant for James Harden! :)

Spaceman needs to at least attempt some of those. The defense can't be stretched out if he is not a threat.

I'm starting to get a bit concerned about this crowd. They have to keep reminding themselves where they are.

Maybe time to cut off the alcohol sales...

Our ace, Jwise, needs his much deserved rest until Game 4. You see what I did there Jwise?
