Blake? Are you kidding me? He is Jo Noah the Second. It would be a disaster to sign him.

While I think he is not a great coach, he has two of his best players injured most of the time during playoffs. No coach can overcome that.

The smartest thing to do is move on from the core. Griffin and Paul are like the west coast version of Noah and Rose.

Yeah, but he's also had a few years where everybody has been healthy, Paul was in his prime, and they still couldn't get past the 2nd round. If Boston's big three didn't come together, he wouldn't be held in such high regard around the league.

I think the even bigger mistake made with Rivers, is allowing him to run that Clippers franchise. That had disaster written all over it.

Griffin seems like a guy who peaked a few years back, when his athleticism was at its highest. I see him aging poorly in this new stretch the floor era.

I don't know about Paul. He is a great regular season PG but seems to get exposed the deeper he goes in the playoffs plus seems to get hurt. He just cannot be a top option with his size and not being an automatic 3 pt shooter.

The blame gets distributed. Rivers proved he can win with a legit group in Boston. The LA group seems to be promising but falls short when matched up against elite teams.

These kind of groups(Noah, Rose or Griffin, Paul etc..) are fools gold. They are talented and a GM gets fooled they can win with them but are never healthy at the right time but you can't let go of them either. It is tough to find talent and "delusional hope" is the problem for many GMs/fans.

Snell is playing great defense and actually understands his role. Maybe it was the organization.

Or maybe it was him given contract year. Still think he is a scrub. But certainly not on his way out the league scrub I thought he was year ago. And I still even if he is a Bull wouldnt give him contract extension, keeping guys like him on roster is a doom for your franchise, waste of money.

Has a player disappeared this much in the postseason like Lowry does every year?

That's why I prefer shooters that don't have to rely on the 3-ball like Redick and Anderson. Guys like Lowry and Korver that rely on the 3ball can disappear come playoff time. But unlike Korver, Lowry has the skills to take the ball to the hoop, but he's just not doing it enough.

What do you think of Thon Maker? I know there were questions about his age, but beyond that I got the sense that many people were mixed about him.

He has shown good defense and a little bit of his J, but I think with him, it will take time to see if he improves each year to earn plenty minutes. What's interesting is his playoffs numbers look better than his regular season's so far with his minutes being up.

There is an urgency to all these teams in the playoffs.

It's so sad watching the Bulls just jog up the court and set up some lackadaisical play....pathetic.

Raps-Bucks looking like a classic 7 game series. Not quite the Bucks walkover that most on this board foresaw -- Lord, nobody loves Milwaukee like todays Bulls fans -- but for sure the Bucks are a good young team and will give Toronto all it can handle.
