Looking at the roster on Wikipedia.

They have 2 players from NBA.
3 players from Euroleague.
6 players from 2nd tier Euro Cup.
Few Spanish, Italy and Turkey top league players.

And the game in Europe/FIBA goes 40 minutes, so he will likely play like average 25 minutes in my opinion.

I dont think he speaks about Lee.Hes been on many good teams.Funny that all of does teams have played different basketball..Lee is like glue guy.

I think it's pretty clear that's exactly what he meant. He's such a nice kid though that he would only just hint at his true feelings without actually throwing anyone under the bus. Clearly wants to be a leader someday and he might get his chance next season.
